Chocolate Covered Pretzels Recipe. Place the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Using a fork, dip each pretzel into the chocolate and put it on parchment paper.
Place on waxed paper until set. Dip each pretzel in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Tap of excess chocolate and scrape one side of the pretzel on the edge of the glass.
Using a fork, submerge the entire pretzel in the chocolate and quickly place the dipped pretzel on the tray.
Repeat with chocolate chips and remaining pretzels.
In small groups, dip the pretzels into the chocolate mixture and lay on the parchment paper. Dip each pretzel in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Squish the candy melts around in the bag until they are melted and smooth.
