Chocolate Banana Ice Cream. Put the bananas, cocoa powder, almond or peanut butter, and some milk (any kind!) in your food processor. Serve immediately for soft serve or place in freezer for an hour for hard packed ice cream.
Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. Place a small loaf pan in the freezer for an hour. This clean eating chocolate banana nice cream is a delicious, dairy-free, gluten-free, soft serve that isn't really ice cream at all!
Blend until mixture starts to get creamy, scraping down sides as necessary.
You may need to turn off the motor and stir the mixture a couple times while processing.
Scrape down the sides as necessary. Dissolve the cocoa in the water to allow it to incorporate into the ice cream better. Add cacao powder and pulse until completely combined.
